We have a new opportunity for a funds administrator to join a reputable company providing financial services in Jersey. Our client specialises in alternative investment solutions. The main responsibility will be administration for the assigned funds, as well as all secretarial activities, processing paperwork and queries, maintaining files, preparing investor statements and clients reports. Performing CDD's according to company policies and procedures, preparing payments, liaising with third parties and collating information for system record maintenance.
The ideal candidate must have 18 months+ relevant experience, a strong academic background and good communication and decision-making skills and be able to work under pressure. Technical knowledge of funds and financial services legislation and regulations is desired.
We can only accept applications from candidates who are local or have lived in Jersey continuously for at least 5 years.
