Our client is a small but very successful insurance company operating in and outside Jersey. They are currently seeking an administrator/receptionist to join their team.

The successful candidate’s responsibilities include but are not limited to; Supporting the financial team, producing documents and letters and arranging travel when needed.

You will ideally have experience dealing with customers face to face and have the ability to deliver results in a fast paced and dynamic environment. It is considered essential that you are able to work independently, along with being well organised and possess advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
