Our client, a European leader in global banking and financial services has a very interesting vacancy for an Administrator in their Private Wealth Department. The successful candidate will be responsible of administration of all fiduciary related administration functions and services within portfolio of clients and will work closely with Private Bankers and WMS to provide a high quality service to their clients from the Jersey office.

Candidates will have a good knowledge of fiduciary principles legislation and regulatory requirements and ensure that statutory returns and bank accounts openings and payments are met to pre-agreed SLA’s. Fiduciary risk awareness and a general understanding of technicalities of UK and US tax legislation, FATCA and CRS. It is also expected that applicants will have a good understanding of corporate secretarial responsibilities and duties and the responsibilities and duties of directors.

The ideal candidate will have a practical awareness of custodian requirements including the ability to understand the financial condition of companies from an analysis of the balance sheet. At least 2 years’ fiduciary services experience is required.
