An internationally recognised and well-established fund services provider is seeking an assistant manager to join its CDD Onboarding team to manage, coach and develop a team of administrators and thus ensuring the provision of a professional first-class service to its new and existing client base.
The ideal candidate should hold or be studying towards an ICA Advanced Certificate or Diploma, with at least 5 years' experience in a similar role, some of which includes supervision of more junior members of staff. A comprehensive knowledge & understanding of the local finance industry, including understanding of the Jersey regulatory environment is considered to be an essential requirement by our client.
Your role consists of responsibility for a portfolio of clients (including complex clients), and act as a group “C” Authorised Signatory, liaise with all intermediaries, advisors and the JFSC in respect of your clients, supervise junior team members and assist with their workflows, review all incoming applications, attending new business committee meetings as appropriate, preparation of EDD packs as required, drafting of reports, findings and resolutions to include reviewing and authorising those prepared by your direct reports.
