An industry heavyweight in corporate and fund services provider, is looking for an assistant manager to provide professional private equity administration services to a varied portfolio of clients. This role will involve assisting the Manager with the first line supervision of the fund administration team. Duties to include overseeing the work of administrators and completion of periodic reviews, bookkeeping and accounts preparation, fee collection and aged debtors, checking and delegation of the workload.
The ideal candidate will ideally hold a professional qualification (CGI or similar), and have a minimum of 7 years relevant private equity or fund administration experience. You will be expected to possess and demonstrate a comprehensive understanding and strong technical knowledge of closed ended fund administration, Jersey Company Law and tax implications of various structures.
