Our client, a global private bank is looking to recruit an Assistant Vice President to join their accounting solutions team based in Jersey.
The role will include development and maintain good working relationships with your superiors and those who you manage as well as the wider business, whilst promoting a supportive environment to your colleagues when undertaking your duties in a diligent and professional manner.
You will be expected to be experienced in working with various peers and possess appropriate organisational skills, whilst maintaining and improving the service levels operational control and reporting on the Fund Services' business. You will have a sound knowledge of Fund Administration preferably with administration and accounting experience of private equity, real estate and debt funds.
The ideal candidate will hold, or be working towards, an appropriate accounting qualification, present positive solutions in the face of challenges and have the confidence to escalate issues if necessary. Working additional time will be required on occasion to ensure deadlines are met. You will have a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and a working knowledge of Front Invest or similar would be an advantage.
