An award-winning independent wealth structuring company is seeking a business analyst, who will join its operations team in Jersey. All applicants should have strong experience in user testing and project management, be qualified in related technical field. The role is to offer operational and technical support on key applications, lead operational support for eFront, including BAU reporting and system changes. Other responsibilities include training and coaching, identifying areas for improvement and providing level 2 support to users with deep knowledge of the application or service within your responsibility. Practical application ability with MS Office, Visio and Projects is required.
We can only accept candidates who hold a local residential qualification or have lived in Jersey continuously for at least last 5 years.
