Our client is a next generation ultra-high net worth wealth advisor with offices in Geneva, Zurich and various countries. We are looking for an experienced compliance officer to join this fast growing company. The ideal candidate will be working in a banking / financial organisation where he or she will have gained 3 to 5 years experience in a compliance or legal department. The position is suited to a dynamic compliance professional. Main duties will be to review and draft contracts and any other documentation. Report and support the legal advisor. Provide support to the private market team and to assist in the incorporation of investment vehicles in various jurisdictions. Assist and review the drafting of legal subscription documents and be monitoring investment vehicles. In order to be considered for this role you will need to have experience in compliance and have obtained a professional compliance diploma. Thorough knowledge of Swiss AML/KYC regulations as well as FATCA/QI/CRS and CBD20, MLO, LEFin, LSFin. Excellent language skills, especially in English and French. Any additional language will be an asset. Finally the candidate will need to be Swiss or hold a valid Swiss work permit.
