A leading global independent banking and fiduciary company is looking to appoint a HR advisor for a 12-month full time contract. This is the perfect opportunity for a HR generalist and a pro-active HR all-rounder. The role is to provide support and guidance to employees of the Jersey and Guernsey offices. You will assist with HR administration, recruitment, projects, advisory, payroll, HR policies and practices. A high level of autonomy will be offered. Therefore, the right candidate must have a proven ability to work effectively on their own initiative and under minimal supervision, but they also must be a strong team player. A good level of education (A-Level or higher) and at least 3 years of experience within HR administration are required. Ideally you should have experience in the finance sector and understanding of Jersey and Guernsey employment law.
We can only accept candidates who hold a local residential qualification or have lived in Jersey continuously for the last 5 years.
