A bespoke IT solutions provider are seeking Customer Service Administrators to join the busy team based in Jersey. The successful candidate will be expected to have strong verbal and written communication skills, the ability to write and speak fluent German or Hungarian and English languages. They must also be able to adapt and adjust to changing processes, maintain accurate records using the in-house database and have a keen interest in technology solutions. Other duties will include providing translation services to support ongoing product services along with researching and collating/inputting of data. There will also be email query response and resolution across these languages along with telephone query case resolution from clients based in Germany and Hungary respectively.
