Our client is an award-winning international law firm. They are looking for a suitable candidate to provide administrative support across the wide range of litigation matters handled by their team in Jersey. Typical tasks will include opening files, sourcing judgements, drafting simple letters, proofreading and amending documentation, carrying out conflict checks, preparing bundles and filing them out with court, liaising with Police, Custom & Immigration, the Probation Service, assisting with managing a diary, and assisting with legal aid tasks as necessary.

We are looking for candidates with strong administrative, organisational and IT skills, specifically excellent knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe Professional or PDF Docs. Ability to work well under pressure with minimal supervision, and strong verbal and written communication skills are also required.

 Please note we can only accept candidates who hold a local residential qualification or have lived in Jersey continuously for the last five years.
