On behalf of a Private Office we are looking for an executive assistant to the CEO with 80% work contract / 4 days per week, to work between our client's offices in Zurich and Luzern (two days a week in each office).
The role will be to undertake a variety of administrative and executive support related duties, such as budgeting for cost planning, insurances, school, doctors, coordinating business matters, including arranging appointments and visas for travel arrangements for the CEO and family members. Written translation and being able to communicate and correspond in English, German and Russian is essential.
Driving is a must between Zurich, Zug and Luzern (a company car can be provided).
The successful candidate will have a commercial background and a good education. You must have a minimum of 5 to 7 years experience in Switzerland as an executive assistant to a Chairman, President or CEO. Excellent organisational and planning skills.
