Our client, a large institution is seeking a Finance Officer to provide permanent support to the Finance team and assist them with the following duties:-

Accounting receivables and payables functionalities, including but not limited to billing processes, cash management, vendor invoices and general administration of the Finance and Registry generic mailboxes. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering the following outcomes:

Assist with processing fee runs, invoices, credit memos and refunds accurately and according to required timeframes. Assist with accurate input of vendor invoices for month end deadlines and scheduled payment to ensure accurate month end reporting and timely processing of payment. Help daily banking processing and allocation of debtor receipts to support month end tasks and accurate reporting to entities / clients. Assist with the processing of Registry transactions and reconciliations for accurate and timely month end reporting. Assist with the daily administration of the Finance and Registry generic mailboxes to support service delivery to both internal and external clients.

Part or fully qualified Accounting Technicians (AAT) will be looked upon favourably.
