A large international provider of legal advice is looking to recruit an administrator to work as part of the finance operations team in Jersey. The successful applicant will be responsible for supporting the business with complex billing requirements and will be a subject matter expert for billing on the firm’s practice management system.  The role holder will also provide ad-hoc support to the wider finance operations team when required.

Prior experience working in a finance role is essential as well as basic proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office. Ideally, we would like to hear from candidates with experience in e-billing, uploading invoices to online platforms or in a billing department.

Please note we can only accept candidates who hold a local residential qualification or have lived in Jersey continuously for the last five years.
