Our client, an award-winning hedge fund company in Jersey is looking for a financial accountant to join their expanding team. This role requires a proactive individual to work closely with the business to help develop the finance function within the firm. The main responsibilities include preparation of analysis, forecasting and reporting for a number of corporate entities, preparation of annual statutory accounts including audit packs, providing financial information to the board and senior management.
Candidates should have a strong academic record and be ACA/ACCA qualified. Previous exposure to asset management/funds is desirable. Strong IT skills, especially Excel are essential.
