Our client, a progressive fund administration services provider, has an exciting opportunity for a Financial Reporting Manager to join its organisation and contribute towards the accounting for a varied portfolio of Real Asset Fund structures.
The Financial Reporting Manager will act as accountant for various fund structures within a team and will review the bookkeeping of a range of real asset fund management companies and associated fund structures.
He or she will review all aspects of accounting matters for a portfolio of fund structures incorporating investor reports, statutory financial statements and ad-hoc investor queries and will also attend client board meetings and present quarterly financial information.
You will also act as a higher authority on day-to-day accounting queries and as an additional signatory on accounting matters, ensuring that company policy and professional and regulatory guidelines are adhered to and that a professional quality service is provided to clients and outside contacts.
It is expected that candidates for the position will have a minimum of four years post qualification experience and sound technical financial services knowledge. People management experience is also required, as is evidence of accounting responsibility for a client relationship and/or a significant part of a major client relationship.
