A well established global leading company is seeking a Front Office/Operational Support assistant. Reporting to the Reception Team, the successful candidate will be designed to provide both face to face and behind the scenes support and service where needed.
This role will lead to an exciting and varied opportunities to develop broad set of skills and experience that touch on many core areas of the business.
Their aim is to provide a seamless, efficient and paperless service to internal and external clients with excellent service.
Previous customer service or hospitality experience, strong interpersonal skills with professional attitude, strong IT skills in MS Outlook (knowledge of CISCO IP phone exchange) ideally with windows packages in particular Excel and Word would be desired.
