We looking for an enthusiastic people person to join our client's luxury establishment as a Guest Services Manager.
The role is focused on enhancing guest's experience by anticipating their needs, ensuring they enjoy their stay and encouraging them to return. The ideal candidate will be highly organised and have great communication skills with at least 1 years' experience as a receptionist in a luxury property working 45 hours per week.
