AP Personnel are seeking a head pastry chef to ensure the smooth running of the pastry section for a busy luxury hotel in Jersey. You will be accountable for all staff within that section. Working closely with the Executive Head Chef you will give experienced guidance on menus, oversee, prepare, produce and present food to the agreed standard of the management and maintain the standard of cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen.
Proven experience as a head pastry position with culinary qualifications (Level 3 pastry and Level 3 food hygiene) or at least 2 years' experience in a similar role at 3AA Rosette or a Michelin Star establishment is required.
5 years residency is NOT required.
