A large and a very successful Channel Islands retail group is seeking a HR Administrator to join their team and assist with various aspects of HR.
The candidate will be expected to provide generalist HR support to the HR department, as well as administration and coordination of recruitment process, including management of new starters and their induction. The role requires at least 2 years of previous experience in a similar role, knowledge of all jurisdictions employment law and UK best practice, HR qualifications and excellent interpersonal skills and professionalism in all dealings.
