We are currently recruiting for an experienced individual to perform the role of HR Advisor for a large retail organisation.
Duties will include providing appropriate human resources support and advice to Managers for all operational matters; recruitment of permanent and temporary staff; ensuring that the Performance Management process is implemented and also conducting disciplinary and grievance meetings amongst other HR associated tasks.
It is expected that the HR Advisor will take responsibility for learning and development matters including employee induction and also professional training. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years previous experience, HR Qualification, excellent IT and Social Media skills. You will also be an excellent team player with outstanding face-to-face, telephone, and written communication skills.
We can only accept applications from candidates who are local or have lived in Jersey continuously for at least 5 years.
