One of Jersey’s largest independent and privately-owned provider of trust, corporate and fiduciary solutions are now looking to recruit an IT Helpdesk and Training Administrator. The role will provide end user support to all company employees, ensure systems are robust, stable and fit for purpose across the company. Provide training across main applications to new starters (and ongoingly with functionality changes). You will support and assist Information Services colleagues in the support, development and implementation of the Company’s IT system.
Good strong communication, interpersonal and keyboard skills are required along with Technical awareness and expertise, to be a practical, analytical and have an ordered approach to problem solving, to have the ability to work pro-actively with limited supervision.
Candidates should have relevant IT experience, preferably within several of the following core technologies: Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Flying Boat Wealth Management System (FB WMS), Active Directory, Citrix, SQL.
