Our client a leading provider of international trust and corporate services is looking for a Junior Administrator to join its growing Operations team in Jersey.

The position will include the daily operations of the office, ensuring that a high service is provided consistently. To include the scanning of documents into electronic files, upkeep of the filing room, greeting visitors and ensuring they are registered in accordance with internal procedures. You will assist with answering incoming calls to Reception to include booking meeting rooms and other ad-hoc duties.

It is essential that you are full of enthusiasm and drive to provide an efficient and high-quality service. It is desirable that you will have experience in a similar role, with a knowledge of scanning, document management systems and Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook etc).
