The ideal candidate will have already gained some commercial insurance experience, however strong candidates with previous exposure to personal or private client insurance broking will also be considered. The main criteria are the right attitude, enthusiasm, willingness to help create long-lasting relationships with clients and achieve profitability. CII qualification is desired. The successful candidates will be given a great opportunity to build up experience and grow within the organisation.
