We are looking for a L&D Professional/In-House Trainer to join a successful team within a growing commercial establishment. Applicants must have strong background in teaching and in-house training, a positive can-do attitude to assess the effectiveness of their training programme and be adaptable to engage with a multitude of employees from different backgrounds.
As this is a new role you will need to have excellent communication, persuasive and organisational
skills. If you love empowering your students through the knowledge and skills you provide them, you will love this job!
Normal working hours are 37.5 per week over five days and you may be required, on occasion, to work overtime to meet business needs.
5 Years residency required.
