If you have at least 5 years' business development or an onboarding/compliance background, or ideally a mixture of the two then our client would like to speak to you in connection with a New Business Manager role.

This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a reputable organisation with a rich history. Reporting directly to the Board with the Managing Director as line manager, the New Business Manager is responsible for overseeing all new business received into the office, whether pensions or trust and company. This entails managing the new business team and liaising with other departments as required to ensure the efficient review, signoff and establishment of new business cases.

In this position you will be responsible for the day to day management and oversight of the new business team, the manager is expected to work closely with other operational managers and can be supported by other members of the team.

Other duties will include keeping abreast of market trends, keeping the team motivated through development and training. Keeping up to date in respect of regulatory and legal changes, providing summaries to the Board as required. Maintaining a sound knowledge of the products and services offered by the company.

To be successful in this New Business Manager role you must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in the fiduciary services industry, ideally having sales, development or marketing exposure. Current or previous managerial experience, with a track record of successful sales ability and hold relevant qualifications.
