An established offshore fiduciary services provider is seeking to appoint a new business officer to organise and complete new business cases relating to companies and trusts.
In this role the successful candidate will be responsible for all the necessary due diligence, proformas, compliance and general administration are concluded satisfactorily. Additionally, you will be expected to support Directors. There will be some system testing, project enhancement and from time to time help the admin teams.

Be responsible for computer data set up on 5 Series, including parties, ledgers, fee profile, portfolio and diaries in accordance with worksheets. Complete deal requests and prepare trust deeds. Regularly review new business processes and procedures is a prerequisite.
It is desirable for the successful candidate to have a 3 to 5 years experience with a comprehensive knowledge of fiduciary services practices, a basic knowledge of investment products and principles of accounting, commercial law and asset management. Also a good understanding of compliance issues, procedures and rules. The ICSA qualification or a legal degree would be desirable.

An analytical and problem-solving mindset, strength in written and verbal communication and a proficiency with the Microsoft Package and other internal software systems would be advantageous.
