AP Personnel have been provided exclusivity by our client, a private single-family office to seek an experienced EA/versatile administrator and professional individual to provide Administrative/Secretarial services on a part time basis for their Jersey Office.

The successful candidate will provide a high-quality service to clients in administering a portfolio of investments and related entities in relation to the Company Secretarial function. In addition to this he or she will also be expected to provide administration and bookkeeping duties as and when required to do so.

The role will be for approximately 16 hours a week, with the selected hours up for negotiation depending on the individual's circumstances. Provisions can also be made for a hybrid working arrangement to be put into place.
