Private Equity Administrator, Funds - Jersey

A well-established provider of private clients, capital markets, corporate wealth management and real estate and Private Equity funds are looking for an Administrator to join their team.
The ideal person will demonstrate the willingness to study further and will also be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operation of client structures whilst being an integral part of the team. This role you will be required to build strong working relationships with third parties and intermediaries. You will also be instrumental in assisting with the management of a varied portfolio of clients including the set up and on-boarding of complex client structures whilst ensuring the necessary and ongoing monitoring of KYC and CDD requirements are met.
Experience of payments processing with various online banking platforms would be advantageous together with experience of organising and attending client and shareholder board meetings ensuring that all necessary statutory filings are kept up-to-date.
