We are seeking an experienced recruiter, with the desire and drive to succeed, who enjoys dealing with clients and candidates across the globe.
You will be involved in all aspects of sourcing, transacting and closing recruitment mandates. AP Executive has successful placed professional candidates in more than 58 jurisdictions. With our client base and an excellent network of contacts we are able to help you achieve success quickly. Working closely with other AP Executive colleagues globally, you will benefit from extensive networking with like minded colleagues and be given your own established portfolio of clients.
Ideally, you will have 2 years plus experience gained from working for a professional recruitment firm or alternatively you may have worked within financial services / sales / marketing where you have developed excellent relationships /sales and communication skills. Excellent English written and spoken are required. Another language either French or Luxembourgish would be an asset but is not essential.
We provide on the job professional training and mentoring depending on experience if required.
We offer an excellent commission structure and a full in-house support functions to assist you so you can focus on your desk and sales.
