The purpose of the role is to support the Design Manager in all aspects to oversee and manage the business. You will be expected to demonstrate initiative in all areas, including management of the team's motivation, input and performance whilst supporting the team in maximising every sales opportunity at the highest level of profitability.
You will also contribute to ensuring the best possible care for customers in all including enquiries, sales, deliveries, complaints and after-sales service. In addition, the role holder would be expected to keep up to date with the latest product ranges and contribute in the marketing of the department.
5 Years residency is required for this role.
