As a sales assistant you will be supporting your store team with driving sales performance and day to day running of the store. Delivering an exceptional customer experience and optimise KPI performance while maintaining high operational standards.
Candidates must have excellent communication and customer service skills and be target driven in a retail environment. Take ownership for your wine knowledge, constantly learning about our products to support your WSET 2 Qualification is desirable (A minimum requirement for this position is an absolute passion for the product and the ambition to learn more). The position offers a very competitive salary, Performance bonus alongside our New incentive bonus scheme.
