A major global fiduciary company in Geneva are looking for a senior accounting officer. This role will oversee all accounting services which are involved in structured finance transactions such as cross-border, lease, and other transactions. Other duties will involve setting up and maintaining the computerised special purpose vehicle administrations and financial databases. Preparing financial statements and annual reports as well as other SPV related financial reporting. Ensuring financial statements are in full compliance with international accounting standards and valuation principles. Preparing audit trails and files including all supporting documents and reconciliations. In order to be considered for this role you will need to have a financial administrative degree (ACCA, CPA, ACA or Bachelor's accounting degree). Experience with Capital Markets transactions and a minimum of 7 plus years relevant working experience. Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (Swiss GAAP, IFRS and US GAAP). Fluent in English and French written and spoken is essential plus a good understanding of the German language would be desirable.
