Our client and international corporate services and trust provider is looking to hire for its London office a senior administrator for its Capital Markets desk to work within the UK Client Services team. With support from the Transaction Management team, for the administration of client loans and asset portfolios within its corporate trust product services.
You will have principal responsibility for working with Programme Management, Technology and the Client Services Head to embed new client structures within the technology infrastructure. Administer them in accordance with the governing transaction documentations. Play a key role in the development of this service offering, transcending various functions to ensure the growth and success of the corporate trust product line. Assisting with the clients' on-boarding processes alongside the Transaction Management team. Managing risk exposure by ensuring risk/review procedures and all operating processes are followed and be actively involved in on-going clients' related matters are among some of the tasks.
The successful candidate will be educated to Degree standard, however applications from those qualified by experience will also be equally considered. A minimum of 2-3 years or more relevant financial services / professional experience, preferably in a client-facing role within a banking operations department, corporate trust business or a similar organisation. Knowledge of appropriate software will ne necessary as well as strong technical skills in the corporate trust loans and asset fields.
An excellent and competitive salary will be commensurate with experience.
