Our client is a pre-eminent offshore law firm with a blue chip client base. They are now looking to expand their team with an experienced and well qualified lawyer in their market-leading Trusts and Private Wealth practice.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical knowledge and understanding of trusts and underlying corporate structures with substantive exposure to a broad range of international clients which will include professional trustees, private clients, banks and financial institutions. They must also have experience in advising clients on the structuring, administration and fiduciary responsibilities of both contentious and non-contentious trust matters. A minimum of 3 years PQE.
The successful candidate will have the benefit of working in a very highly respected wealth practice. They will have the opportunity to advise across a very wide range of traditional and cutting edge structures, and will work on both contentious and non-contentious matters.
