A well-established leading provider of fiduciary and administration solutions are looking for a Senior Corporate Administrator. This role, you will be responsible for a wide range of matters relating to the Team and its client portfolio. You will take direct responsibility for, with your sub team colleagues, a portfolio of trust and company structures. You will work closely with the Team Manager and the Team Director and the wider Corporate team management as required who will assist you getting to know your client entities, introduce you to clients and assist with workloads. You will work on matters ranging from providing our clients with a proactive and efficient service, on boarding new clients, and attending meetings.

As the business is looking to grow the Team, you will be expected to seek new business development opportunities and make connections where possible to help introduce new business to the company, win new clients and look to expand current client services. This will include regular trips to see clients and intermediaries in the UK, attendance at conferences and events and building relationships with local legal firms.

The holder of this position should have 6 year's minimum experience of Finance Industry Business (Essential).
Hold Relevant professional qualifications.
To possess excellent and strong commitment to client service and role model client facing behaviour. This includes being positive and assist in promoting a positive environment within both the team and company.
To show an interest in the development of colleagues and be available to them.
To show excellent communication skills equally with colleagues and directors.
To be able to work on one’s own initiative and make day-to-day decisions, whilst recognising when to request assistance.
To possess the ability to work under pressure (when required, as dictated by unusually high client activity) and meet client deadlines.
To enjoy and thrive in working in a team environment, be able to prioritise your work and assist less experienced staff where necessary and foster strong and effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
To possess a high level of integrity and diplomacy; and
