A leading Private Bank is looking to add a Senior Credit Risk Specialist to their high performing Credit team based in Liechtenstein. The business has an international footprint with a strong regional presence, and provides a wide array of services to their clients including Asset Management, Wealth Planning, Mortgages/lending, and traditional Accounts & Cards.
The successful candidate will work closely with the head of department, to ensure that all Lombard Credit transactions are thoroughly analysed with a particular focus on Trading Lines and Derivatives. You will provide high quality independent analysis and elaboration of independent credit statements at transaction, customer group and portfolio level for submission and decision-making to the highest decision-making bodies of the bank. They will be responsible for in-depth examination of the economic creditworthiness of the borrower including the legal liability structures as well as the loan collateral associated with the loan.
For this position applicants must have a strong academic background with 5+ years of similar work experience in a bank within the Switzerland/Liechtenstein region. Candidates must be fluent/native level German and English speakers with first-rate skills. There will be an element of project work, and so strong interpersonal skills are needed.
