An award winning provider of fiduciary products and services is looking for a Senior Fund Administrator to join its Jersey office on a Permanent basis following the recent acquisition of new Private Equity business.
The purpose of this position is to carry out routine day-to-day administration of fund structures under the direction of a CRM. The successful candidate will be responsible for; coordinating all company secretarial matters, including attendance and preparation of minutes, processing and co-ordinating routine and complex fund operations, preparing electronic payment instructions, ensuing all staff are trained on the electronic banking systems and you will be given the opportunity to act as a mentor to junior staff under your supervision.
Our client is preferably looking for someone who is ICSA qualified or equivalent. The successful candidate will be quick to learn new systems and value close working relationships with colleagues, clients and business contacts, excellent people and team playing attributes are also considered as essential requirements.
