Our client, a well-established Trust and Company service provider has an opportunity for a Senior Trust & Company Administrator, joining a team of six in the Guernsey office.
The responsibilities will include a range of duties to support a small portfolio of Trusts, Companies, Foundations and Limited Partnerships. Reporting to the Trust Manager, the successful candidate will be actioning payments, maintaining records, preparing statements, loan agreements and minutes. Attending client meetings, providing guidance to junior members of the team, providing in-house training to colleagues and undertaking project work as and when required by Management.
There will also be a need to review documents and files, liaising with the in-house legal and compliance department's, adhering to regulatory standards.
The successful applicant will be required to take responsibility for their own development, in line with agreed annual performance objectives. Ideally the successful applicant will have at least five years' experience in the administration of trust and company structures. Be STEP and ICSA qualified, or at least part qualified with a solid fiduciary background and have a focus on customer service excellence. The ability to prioritise and plan multiple tasks would be advantageous.
