Our client are looking for an ambitious, driven and dynamic individual with a passion for wines, beers and spirits. As a store manager, you are responsible for sales performance and day to day running of your store. Delivering an exceptional customer experience and optimise KPI performance while maintaining high operational standards. You will deliver this by building and leading a high-performing team, developing team members to excel and reach their full potential. You will report into a Regional Manager who, alongside your Regional Operations Manager, will coach and support you in driving the sales performance of your store.
Candidates must have excellent communication and time management skills, experience of leading and developing a team in a fast, target driven retail environment. WSET 2 or 3 Qualification is desirable (A minimum requirement is an absolute passion for the product and the ambition to learn more) Willingness to work towards WSET 3 Qualification. The position offers a very competitive salary and Performance bonus along with staff discount, contributory Pension Plan, 29 days holidays including public and bank holidays. Candidates must have at least five years Entitled Continuous Residency.
