The purpose of this FTC role is to provide services across multiple industry sectors, including financial institutions, designated non-financial businesses and professions and virtual asset service providers for anti-money laundering (AML), countering of the financing of terrorism (CFT) and countering proliferation financing (CPF) purposes.

The role as Administrative Support will be to assist with the day to day administrative tasks from the supervisor, efficiently manage work schedules through arranging meetings, both internally and externally, through proactive planning and support and ensuring Compliance with internal procedures. Management of the team calendar, managing and sending agendas and minute taking/tracking of board meetings. This role will suit candidates with strong interpersonal skills and a flair for office administration. Strong proficiency in Microsoft office suite in addition to stakeholder management and excellent communication skills would also be beneficial.
