The organisation is looking for a confident Supervisor to manage and motivate the performance of the team to ensure that sales and customer service are well delivered at all times, be a strong presence on the shop floor and resolve any problems that may arise. It is essential that you have good communication skills and customer service skills and can work as a team.
You will be responsible for providing a quality and personal customer service, demonstrate exceptional product knowledge within the beauty Business. In return you will receive a competitive salary, staff discount and 25 Days Holiday entitlement.
