They advise an enviable blue chip and UNHW client base of corporate and private clients in Switzerland and abroad. Due to new business they require an additional Swiss qualified tax lawyer for the team. The successful applicant will be tasked to advise corporate and private clients in Swiss tax law. Draft and review agreements, policies and standard operating processes. Be the legal support of / collaboration with finance / tax teams and other functional in-house stakeholders on inter-company transactions, projects, and contentious matters. In order to be considered you will need 10 to 15 years of experience in Swiss tax law of Geneva, Switzerland. Hold a law degree from a reputable university in Switzerland. Be fluent in both English and French, German speaking is a plus.
