The organisation are looking to recruit a team leader with in the beauty department. The team leader is an integral part of the team, holding responsibility for the store team, sales, stock, operations, brand stand, motivating each member of staff to deliver first class customer service and the smooth running of the store whilst the Manager is away.
You will need to be organized, have the ability to multi task and work under pressure. The position offers a very competitive salary and 25 Days holiday entitlement and staff discount.
