We are seeking a Temporary Receptionist for our clients growing organisation to provide an efficient, professional sales and support service to customers queries and requiring to purchase products including mobile and residential fixed services.
In addition the person will be trained on and be required to understand and comply with the licence and other regulatory rules applying to the position, understand data protection Law as it relates to the position, know retail policies & processes and learn the procedures in accordance with the safety of the business.
Previous sales experience, good verbal communication skills, an understanding of modern retail technology and ability to deal & communicate effectively with customers and staff at all levels is essential for this role.
Hours are shift pattern between 9am - 5.30pm Monday to Saturday.
Please note that we can only accept candidates who are either local, or have lived in Jersey continuously for the last 5 years.
