Our client, a local fund administration company, are looking to fill the position of Trainee Compliance Administrator within their Jersey Office.
Reporting to the Head of Compliance, the Compliance Administrator will support the team in the day to day administration on the team and will make a key contribution to local and group level compliance tasks.
As Trainee Compliance Administrator, your tasks would include monitor completion of compliance mandatory trainings, maintain the register, assist with the update of the records on the events register (e.g. breaches, errors, complaints) to include logging new Events and updates, and provide extracts from the register as required.
You will assist with the administration of the regulatory correspondence register, regulatory update register, conflicts of interest register and other regulatory registers. Assisting your colleagues as required with other administrational, regulatory filing and other deliverables.
