A privately owned and well-respected trust company are looking for an experienced trust manager to oversee a small team of administrators.
You will have gained 10 years trust experience and be STEP qualified. UK legal tax experience would be desirable although not essential. Experience gained in trust administration in the UK or Channel Islands would be beneficial with regulatory and compliance knowledge.
The role encompasses a full spectrum of duties associated for a management role including team billing and cash collection /debtors processing. Adhering to company guidelines relating to contractual and statutory obligations. The client portfolios you will be overseeing with your team are varied and mainly UK res non doms and European. The ability to review client structures is also a requirement. Excellent communication and proven management skills is essential.
An excellent remuneration and benefits package is being offered and relocation will be overseen by our client if required.
