A vacancy has arisen within this Private Bank in Jersey for a Trust Officer to maintain and deliver the day to day administration of a portfolio of clients, relationship management is required to provide a seamless service.

You will administer a portfolio of company and trust structures and develop good relationships with your clients and stakeholders both internal and external. Amongst other tasks you will review accounts ledgers and prepare the pre-accounts information packs including checking once complete and distributing accordingly. Cash Management of client portfolio, including the control and clearance of fees also forms a part of this role as will the preparation of minutes and resolutions.

Applicants will ideally be ICSA or STEP qualified or be studying towards it and have a proven track record and relevant experience. You should have a good understanding of the relevant Jersey laws. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook is required.
