A Leading funds and Asset Management Company overseeing assets on behalf of institutional investors, including pension funds, endowments, insurance companies, government agencies, private banks and fund of funds are looking to recruit an accounts payable person on a six month fixed term contract. The main duties will be ensuring a timely settlement of supplier and purchase invoices, ensuring required and appropriate authorisation and approval is obtained for all distursements. Liaising with internal business departments as necessary and be responsible for the accounts payable worlflow within the group's finance system. A minimum work experience of three years in an accounts payable role is essential. Experience with WorkDay and other accounting systems will be looked upon favourably. It is essential that you are highly organised and can work under pressure have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
