Our client is seeking to appoint an Administrator to work in their Risk and Compliance Department.

The candidate would be required to undertake screenings which involves inputting names, dates etc. into two online platforms, printing results, speaking to either administration or compliance staff to ascertain whether the results are positive or negative and thereafter complete a form.

You will process Google alerts which are received overnight into an email box. These need to be printed and the matter identified whether positive with the administration department who would then progress with it. When CRA's and Periodic Reviews are completed, tasks and diaries which may arise from this need to be input into the outlook program. These forms also have to be scanned in and saved to correct directories and thereafter filed in the relevant file, as well as checking CDD and verifying certifications.
